Better Eyes on
Rural America’s Infrastructure

Skyscout provides aerial documentation for infrastructure and UAS public safety support across eastern Montana & Wyoming

Missions

From infrastructure documentation to aerial surveys, everything we do starts with a mission that is planned, scoped, and flown with purpose.

Public Safety

We offer UAS support for fire, law enforcement, and search & rescue operations including thermal detection, night search, perimeter monitoring, scene documentation.

Training

All Skyscout UAS pilots are FAA certified under Part 107 and trained in SAR and NIST standards, where getting it right matters more than getting it fast.

What We Fly For

Structured Aerial Documentation and Condition Support Services

SkyScout operates as a private UAS contractor serving rural infrastructure, utility systems, transportation assets, municipal facilities, and public safety agencies. We provide high-quality visual and thermal aerial documentation to assist certified professionals and decision-makers.

Inspection flying is precision work. Controlled, deliberate, and close. During operations, our pilots fly within feet of the structure when appropriate, maintain visual line of sight, use slow and deliberate movements, and adjust exposure manually for detail. We capture specific structural angles and thermal imagery as required, and log anomalies during capture. For bridge and tower inspections, flight methods may include vertical orbits, under-structure passes, grid-pattern capture, and hover-based still documentation.

We don’t replace engineers, inspectors, or agency personnel. We give them better documentation to work with.
